We begin with a strategic Deep Dive into your business, then work together as you navigate the opportunities, challenges and decisions that come with growth. Whether you're making a key hire, refining your pricing, planning your next move or simply need an experienced sounding board, you'll have direct access to practical, strategic guidance through private WhatsApp with Pru, in-person Planning Days, and optional fortnightly Founder Sessions.

Step 1
Deep Dive
We begin with a comprehensive business review and private one-on-one Strategy Session. Together we'll unpack your business, identify the opportunities with the greatest potential, and create a clear plan for your next stage of growth. Step 2
Private Mentoring
From there, you'll have direct access to me via WhatsApp for strategic perspective, honest feedback and experienced guidance. Founder Sessions
Every fortnight you're invited to join a live mentoring session with a small group of experienced founders. Bring a challenge you're working through, learn from other businesses, or simply listen in. There's no pressure to attend every session, but they're there whenever you need fresh perspective, accountability, and community connection.

Planning Days
